Consensus Membership Meeting of September 24, 2000. Had been applied in several cases and discussed extensively by Design Team and brought to the membership previously.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW — Principles on which to base modification of units:

Purposes

1. To preserve the architectural and landscape integrity of TVC,
2. To ensure fairness in the review process, and
3. To reflect TVC community values.

Scope–Applies to changes that affect

1. Common and Limited-Common areas, (a) Structure, (b) grounds.
2. Safety and health of residents.

Criteria:

1. Compliance with Building and Fire Codes, and Historical Review Process.
2. Effect on architectural integrity.
3. Cost to the community.
4. Impact on immediate neighbors.
5. Reversibility
6. Impact if everyone did it.
7. TVC community values.
