In order to build community, TVC members and their guests are encouraged to use the common house facilities.
Nonmember groups and individual guests must be hosted by a member, who is responsible for them, including any necessary cleanup.
Any room can be reserved by members on a first-come first-served basis using a calendar to be posted by the Membership Committee.
Members may reserve rooms for use by groups composed primarily of nonmembers only with the approval of either the Membership Committee or a general business meeting.
Fees, determined by the Membership Committee, will be charged only for basement storage space and, if requested by members, for equipment upkeep and supplies.
We intend to revisit this policy by April 2001.
